Shipping Policy

At Waterloo Turf, we process and ship all orders once per week on Mondays. Orders placed before Sunday at 11:59 PM CST will be included in that week’s Monday shipment. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Shipping times shown at checkout reflect the carrier’s delivery estimates after the order has been shipped. Since we batch ship weekly, your order may take a few extra days to arrive depending on when it was placed.

Example

If you place an order on Sunday at 11:30 PM, your order will ship out on Monday of the same week.

If you place an order on Monday at 10:00 AM, your order will ship out on Monday of the following week.
